Warhammer Chaosbane Could be the Placeholder for Diablo IV we Need

Written by: Justin Reeves

So I’m browsing the interwebs and I come across some gameplay footage of this ARPG that looks dope af. I say to myself “Damn, that looks dope af, what game is it?” and it turns out to be Warhammer Chaosbane, and I’m not gonna lie, this is now one of my most anticipated games for the rest of the year, just check out some gameplay footage:

Fuckin’ A.
High Elf Mage Gameplay

Warhammer: Chaosbane has been given a June 4 launch date for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One. The game will also see two closed betas sometime in March and April.

The first beta ended on March 13th and the official Facebook page for the game simply lists the second beta as starting in April, with no exact date. You best believe that I am takin’ my ass to Gamestop and putting 5 dolla on this shit so we can get beta access and we will be covering this game extensively throughout the second beta.

With Blizzcon 2018 dashing players hopes for a REAL new Diablo any time soon, Chaosbane may just scratch the itch for players who are fans of the genre. Players will take control of a human, high elf, wood elf or dwarf in the game with each class having a combat role and a skillset serving it. Players will also use “bloodlust,” described as “a unique mechanic which lets loose a devastating power that can change the outcome of a battle.”
